A highly flexible mobile ballast water management system offering a cost effective alternative to retrofitting

COST EFFECTIVE

SHARE ONE SYSTEM ACROSS FLEET

The BWC Bute has been designed for mobility, allowing one system to be shared between a number of vessels or operations – either onboard or from the port.

By sharing one system across a number of vessels or operations, owners and operators are presented with a significantly more cost effective method of compliance compared to retrofitting each vessel individually.

SIMPLE MOBILISATION

AND DE-MOBILISATION

The BWC Bute has been designed to facilitate quick and efficient mobilisation and de-mobilisation – allowing clients to return to their ongoing operations on time and under budget.

The entire treatment process is integrated within a 20′ shipping container providing simple, and well known, means of lifting, storing and transportation.

CONNECT WITH EASE

INDUSTRY STANDARD CONNECTIONS

The BWC Bute incorporates industry standard electrical and pipe connections, allowing safe and efficient connection of the system to the vessel’s existing power and ballast systems.

Modifications to the vessel are minimal, requiring only a supply and return connection from the ballast system on to deck, and a quick connect electrical connection for power.

A RANGE OF KEY FEATURES

Our range of highly innovative mobile compliance products offer our clients a cost efficient alternative to retrofitting their vessels with ballast water management systems.

DESIGNED FOR EFFICIENT MAINTENANCE

The BWC Bute mobile ballast water management system is designed as a fully integrated cartridge based skid system providing ease of access for maintenance. Simply pull the skid out to gain access.

The entire system is outfitted onto a bespoke skid, which is fully tested independently from the container housing, prior to the skid being installed within the container and connected.

DESIGNED FOR TRUE MOBILITY

Why retrofit every vessel in your fleet when you can share one BWC?

The BWC Bute has been designed from the bottom up with mobility in mind, to facilitate the sharing of one system between a number of vessels or a number of operations. Integrated within a 20′ ISO shipping container, with quick connect electrical and hose connections make the product infinitely mobile.

POWERED BY REPUTABLE TECHNOLOGY

PROVIDING PEACE OF MIND

The BWC Bute integrates established BWMS components from reputable manufacturers. Our system is available in five variants – powered either by Alfa Laval PureBallast 3.1, ERMA FIRST BWTS FIT, Ecochlor, Optimarin or Wartsila Aquarius UV.
